Flat 4 is a spacious first floor apartment with all rooms on the same level. Accessed via a short flight of dog-leg stairs at the rear of Tower House. Guests will be enchanted with the homely feel of this delightful self-contained flat for two.

The well-equipped kitchen has a country feel with a Belfast sink, wooden worktops and floor, and is fully equipped offering electric hob and single electric fan oven oven, toaster, microwave/grill/oven, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, DAB radio and automatic washing machine.

There is a separate dining area in the spacious passageway providing a cosy space to enjoy a take away or some homecooked food.

The lounge offers comfortable *Futon Company seating, window seat overlooking Cavendish Street where you can watch the world go by, a super-efficient electric ‘log-burner’ stove and ambient lighting for a cosy feel at the flick of a switch. A large flat screen TV with HDMI socket, DVD player and a selection of DVDs are provided if you want to curl up for a night in. An iPhone/iPod docking station can provide music via your smart phone. A visitor folder provides local information for the village and the wider locale.
